Sign up for classes before Labor Day and become an Ancient of Days Yoga Center STAR student! A STAR  student is one who signs up with Ancient of Days Yoga  Center (AOD) in the first  few months of  our  humble  beginnings and  in appreciation their class fees will remain the same for as long as  they remain with AOD.

Kids Class Special

$5 kids yoga is being extended to Labor Day weekend. This class helps kids respect their own individuality, and develops focus and concentration.
