Adaptive Yoga
This class is for anyone that has MS or any joint or mobility issues, or is recovering from a stroke or surgery, or have special needs.
The class consists of slow stretches, working with balance, also with breathing and relaxation techniques. The class is modified for all levels of abililty. The benefits of adaptive yoga are to improve flexibility, circulation, posture, strength and balance. The heart of the practice of yoga is to live fully and joyfully.
