Gentle Yoga
This approach to yoga is gentle and slow; utilizing props, such as, bolsters blankets and blocks to help support the body as it gently opens. The class includes some floor work, chair work, as well as, some standing poses. This is a good class for those who may be overcoming an injury, or have stiff joints, overweight or just want to take it nice and easy. Students float out of this class on a cloud bliss!
