A six weeks series of traditional yoga poses, breathing techniques and deep relaxation are explored.  Students will experience the physical and emotional benefits of vinyasa yoga flow.  Using the Grounded Yoga Elevator Series, this class will incorporate weekly inspirational themes.  For the young yogi this class will use elements of play and fun all the while helping the child experience both the physical and emotional benefits of yoga.

Grounded Kids, Ages 4-11 , Mondays 4:30 – 5:30pm
Registration Required.   12 students Maximum per class.
