Hot Yoga
Hot Yoga is an amazing practice that is for beginners and advanced alike. It is 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises done in a 90-95 degree room. The poses are set up to strengthen and stretch the entire body while calming the mind. The heat is the perfect vehicle to allow the body more flexibility while reducing the risk of injury. You will sweat which releases the body of toxins and enhances your body’s natural ability to heal itself. You will feel the stress of the day melt away with each pose as you move into a relaxed state. The practice is best done on a mat with a towel on top. Bring water and leave with a smile.
For this class you will need to provide your own mat to maintain proper hygiene.
