Yoga Basics
Yoga Basics is the class that beginners will want to start out with. This class moves slowly and mindfully, as it builds the basic asanas from the foundation up. Emphasis is placed on alignment and connecting the breath and movement as one. Students are led in finding the stillness within and “playing their edge”. The goal is for the student to honor their own journey in yoga, learning to let go of the struggle and to fully relax and be present in the pose. A short relaxation is offered at the end of the practice to allow the student to completely dissolve into the essence of their being. Truly transformative!
