- Drop in a few minutes early to registrar, (there is no registration fees), and to set up your mat and get acquainted with the center.
- PLEASE BE ON TIME!.. All classes begin and end promptly. The doors will be locked 5 minutes after class begins.
- Be prepared to practice barefoot with loose/stretchy comfortable clothes for all classes.
- Mats and props are provided, although it is highly recommended that you own your own.
- It is recommended to not eat a large meal 2 hours prior to a class. You also may want to bring your own water.
- Please do not wear heavy cologne, perfumes, essential oils or large jewelry to class.
- Please turn off all cell phones. If must be available for an incoming call, put your phone on vibrations Take all phone conversations out of the practice area.
- During Savasana ( relaxation), please be still, as to not disturb others. If you know you need to leave early, tell your teacher and please set up your mat close to the door and leave before shavasana, not during. Leave your props, we will put them up for you.
- If you have a serious medical condition, please let your instructor know BEFORE class begins.
- Beginners may want to start with Yoga Basics,Gentle/ Restorative, Gentle,or Simply Yoga (level one). Tai Chi is also appropriate for beginners as well.
- Please bring your own mat and towel for Hot Yoga. Make sure you are well hydrated before coming to class and have water available during class
- Remember, breathe! and smile and have FUN!!
