Instructor Rebecca Conger

Rebecca has been practicing many styles of yoga for nine years.  She has had the privilege to study under many gifted teachers across the country. Rebecca has felt drawn to practice because of the physical and spiritual benefits found through yoga.  Exercise has always been a high priority in her life but felt she also needed a way to bring awareness to her body and mind and found it through yoga.  Her passion is to share yoga with others so they can lead a less-stressed, more healthful, pain free active life.

Rebecca is currently on leave from her job, to stay home with her 3 year old son.  Her days are filled with being a stay at home mom and manages to include him into her hobbies of running, biking, hiking and training for her next event.  When at home they work in the garden together and it is Rebecca’s great joy to see him loving the outdoors as much as her husband and she does.
